Magicrystal offers free standard shipping on all orders to customers within the United States.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

United States (standard shipping): Estimated delivery within 5–8 working days in total from placing your order. This includes 2–4 working days for processing and dispatch, plus 3–4 working days for courier transit. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Magicrystal is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Email cs@magicrystals.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
