Magicrystal offers free standard shipping on all orders to customers within the United States.
Processing Time
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- United States (Standard): 5–10 business days
- United States (Expedited): 3–5 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Magicrystal is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at cs@magicrystals.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
