Return & Exchange Policy

A. Eligibility & Conditions
✦ You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
✦ Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and documentation.
✦ Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
B. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
✦ Customized products (e.g., made-to-size, engraved items).
✦ Handcrafted with Intention in every piece.
✦ Sale, clearance, or complimentary items.
C. How to Return
1. Contact Us: Email cs@magicrystal.shop with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RMA number inside. Ship to the address we provide.
3. Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
We will inspect returns within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.
D. Refunds
✦ Upon approval, refunds are processed immediately to the original payment method.
✦ Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
✦ Only the item’s price is refunded; original and return shipping costs are not.
E. Exchanges
✦ Follow the return process above.
✦ After inspection, inform us of the desired exchange item. Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.
