Return & Refund Policy

At Magic Crystal, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read our return policy below.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Our Fault — Full Refund

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will:

  • Cover the return shipping cost in full
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, and include photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Change of Mind — Store Credit

If the item is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Upon receiving the item in eligible condition, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned product
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase at magicrystals.com

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at cs@magicrystals.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RMA) code and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or store credit within 5–10 business days

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above and place a new order. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly.
